We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms for returns and exchanges at TEAWITHRUMI.
  1. Return Eligibility
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Return Process
    1. Contact our support team at service@teawithrumi.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. We will review your request and provide a return authorization number (RA#) if approved.
    3. Ship the item back to the address provided with the RA# clearly marked on the package.
    4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
  3. Refund Details
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
    • For exchanges, you will be responsible for shipping the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.
  4. Defective or Damaged Items
    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, including return shipping costs.
